基本一样。3232E是支持3.3和5V的。232E只支持5V

可以考虑使用TRSF3232E替代TRS3232E，这两款引脚兼容，工作电压都支持3.3V和5V，只是TRSF3232E的data rate更高，是TRS3232E的4倍，为1Mbps。
