我现在手上有2个HC04芯片，他的第一行丝印是37Z2TRJ G3 其中G3有下划线，另一款第一行丝印是27ALHRM G4 其中G4有下划线，请问这是对应SN74HC04DR型号的吗？

    从丝印判断，带G4的应该是SN74HC04DRG4，带G3的应该是SN74HC04DRG3，

    二者区别只是引脚镀层不同，SN74HC04DRG4为NiPdAu（镍钯金），SN74HC04DRG3为Sn（锡）。

    二者都是对应SN74HC04DR型号的，功能上完全一样，不影响使用。
