ADC配置里面的输入buff使能。配置80Hz
1、图中A点断开并接地，读取数据看起来应该是正常的，没有太大的波动。
2、A点正常连接。B、C点短接并接地，读取数据，发现数据有规律性的波动
很奇怪是不是INA821的用法不太对啊，一接入这个INA821ADC的数据就容易有规律性的波动
还是说单端转差分的方法不合适啊
