参考电压最低是多少？选择低电压时，对性能有什么影响？
从手册 P30 的图看, 最低电压到 0.5V 也是可以的, 只是性能影响不小, 具体看那些图表吧
典型值Vref=1.2V.
图64看，VREF=0.5V时，SNR小很多，性能就会很差了。有可能转换效果非常差吧。
