请问ADS5474在PCB布线时，数据输出和时钟输出共16对差分线需不需要保持等长，如果要的话误差可以控制在多少个mil？
差分线一般需要等长，但由于可能不好做到，所以一般需要控制在5mil之内。
我指的是两对差分对之间，也需要控制在5mil以内吗，那ADS5474共有14对数据输出和2对时钟输出都要等长？
要等长。尤其是数据线之间。
具体的要按照采样频率和手册上的采保时间来计算
我的采样频率是400MHZ，数据线长度大概3000—4000mils，这样 可以吗？
手册上说如果走线太长要在差分发送端和接收端各接1个100欧电阻，由于PCB板面积太小发送端的电阻没法接，影响大不大？
手册上说ADC的时钟要正弦波，用方波不行吗？
