求ADS1220驱动代码，驱动不起来啊

我参考TI的小尺寸、2 线、4 到 20mA 电流环路 RTD 温度发送器参考设计例程设计。
现利用MSP430F5438A写驱动代码，将寄存器配置数据写入AD中，然后在读取出来，结果不对啊，貌似读不出来。而且DRDY一直处于高电平，这是怎么回事？
