ADS8556模拟通道输入范围是[-5V,5V]，当出现什么异常（排除模拟输入通道为-5V）的时候ADC的所有模拟通道数值通过SPI全部显示为-5V？

可能芯片没工作，或配置不正确。
如使用SPI接口（PAR/SER pin high），
可通过读取寄存器上电默认值 “7.5.1 Control Register (CR); Default Value = 0x000003FF”判断芯片是否已工作。
在配置完CR寄存器后，通过回读来验证数据已正确写入。
