输入信号为两路0-4v,<20HZ,使用温度范围-30--60,要求精度0.05%.电源电压5V,拟采用16位低温漂ADC。CPU每3MS读取数据,拟采用ADS8341,ADS8326或ADS1118.请问哪种比较合适?ADS8341的温漂和INL,offset校准困难,ADS8326的offset error也需要校准。采用ADS1118时,速度较慢,我需要设置为连续转换模式,但是ADS118好像不能对两路进行轮流连续采样,是不是要用两块ADS1118?
