原理图中，在HDMI接口附近使用了一枚tps2061dbv芯片，位号U22。
请问U22在此处的作用是什么？（仔细分析了电路后，感觉并不需要U22）

原理图中，芯片TPS2061(U22)的输出脚（网络：DDCPWR）连接到了
HDMI插座的P18(+5V POWER，作用：接受信号源端设备的+5V电压信号)，
和IT6801的P18(R0PWR5V，作用：TMDS传输检测)。
需要检测外部源端的+5V，而不应该在内部为DDCPWR提供+5V电源吧？
