We have a DLP4500Crafter that has been operating for a long time. However, we have discovered some issues during use.
For example:
1: When a malfunction occurs, we use the LCR GetStatus (&HWStatus,&SysStatus,&MainStatus) function to check the device status, HWStatus returns: 0, SysStatus returns: 0;
2: We must restart the device through the function (void) LCR_SoftwareReset() in order for it to function properly.
We hope to receive assistance from TI engineers on the cause of the malfunction and how to resolve it.
