做测试仪MCU端口控制用的，主要是将TTL电平转换为CMOS电平 ，是单向的
另外，74LVC8T245，这个将3.3V转到5V，是只需将OE拉低，DIR端口接到3.3V左右，就可以了吗，数据流向是从A->B是吗
可以，DIR控制方向，为高，A到B。

是的，VCCA=3.3V，VCCB=5V，DIR参考VCCA，是可以实现3.3V Aport输入，5V Bport输出。
