DS160PR410: Whitley cpu--DS160PR410--BP 三星 gen3 SSD跑DC出现硬盘掉带宽降速问题

Part Number: DS160PR410

整个服务器主板链路：whitley CPU-TI redriver--BP HDD，搭配 GEN3 三星SSD 出现跑DC时盘掉带宽降速问题，
1、整个链路GEN3 TX眼图PASS且裕量充足。SI眼图报告如附件3.0眼图测试报告.rar 
2、时序方面量测了redriver的电以及PERST，PASS和fail的时序均一致未看到异常。另外已排查非单板单盘单线缆问题
3、使用的三星3.0硬盘型号为Samsung MZ-WLL1T6B PM1725b，Samsung PM963两种3.0型号均能浮现问题
4、换成三星gen4和intel gen3/4的盘验证均未出现问题
5、redriver是否针对三星的3.0盘有做过适配？
6、是否有别的验证手段可以进行debug分析原因？

    What speed reduction is observed with Samsung SSD? Does SSD link-up to Gen1 or Gen 2?

    What DS160PR410 EQ setting has the customer tried in the link speed reduced case?

    Are you saying that Samsung Gen4 and Intel Gen3/4 SSDs link up to maximum advertised link speed? But this Samsung Gen3 SSD does not?

    CPU side should have eye monitor and diagnostic tools (Intel IOMT and AMD XIO). Customer can see if recovered eye on CPU side passes Gen3 margin.
