      大家好，我最近用CD74HC4046来做一个5K倍频到9.995M基准时钟分辨率要达到50HZ以下的电路，然后将9.995M的时钟信号滤成正玄波再与10M通过模拟乘法器来得到一个5K和19.995M的频率，现在我只能做到1KHZ左右的分辨率，大家有什么建议和推荐的方法。附件是我做的电路板，和测试的图片。
