TXS0104E用于SMI电平转换，VCCA是2.5V、VCCB是3.3V，OE端通过4.7k电阻上拉到3.3V了，datasheet上，OE端应该是2.5V电源， 但datasheet上高电平可以支持VCCA × 0.65 ~ 5.5。 实际使用，也发现SMI访问phy存在不稳定现象，请教是OE端失效了？
OE是参考的VCCA，所以高低电平标准也是参考的VCCA， 上拉的话需要上拉到VCCA， 而不是VCCB，因此使用起来有问题。
