板子有两个USB3.0 device设备，都接到 TUSB8020B 芯片上，
然后最后只出一个device口与电脑的host相连。

这两个device接口都是在板内的，已有供电，
如此, 在 TUSB8020B 輸出兩個 Port 的 PWRCTL/BATEN 與 OVERCUR 是否可路空接 ??
