3V供电，使用6片，供电后发现 6P芯片总电流达到2A，供电电压降到2.5V，电流为1.5A ，请问芯片总功耗是如何计算的，为何会出现如此大的电流

总的输出功率就是每一路的输出电压*电流的总和。输入功率=输出功率+发热功率。
您是每个芯片的16bit都用了吗？VCC=3V时，输出高电平时，每路的静态电流最大是12mA，这样算如果都输出高电平，总的静态电流为12mA*16*6=1.152A。如果工作起来达到2A也是有可能的。
