我认为应该是没问题的，正常工作的CAN总线有两种状态：dominant and recessive，摘自数据手册8.3.1CAN Bus States。Recessive状态下是2.5V，Dominant状态下CANH最大为4.5V，数据手册图23. Bus States。
看数据手册图26 CANH Input电路，canh--->vcc应该没有反向电流问题。
