使用SN74LVC245A芯片，跑8kHZ的PWM信号没有问题，加到16kHZ的PWM信号，输出电平只要200mv，不知道为什么？16kHZ的PWM信号，测量SN74LVC245A输入端信号电平正常，输出电平就不正常了
使用的3.3V供电
