自己做的板子，上行端口接USB3.0，TUSB8041-Q1芯片TQFT64发烫严重，手不敢碰，但是各功能正常，请问 这种现象正常吗？还需要单独加散热片吗？TUSB8041 QFN64会不会好点呢？ 中间焊盘接地良好
