您好，这两款器件我看了下，没有提供它们的原理图，也没有demo板，如果有的话，会在产品主页上给出。
但这两款器件都提供了IBIS model，可以用于仿真V/I曲线。
IBIS仿真一般用什么软件啊？
抱歉回复晚了，IBIS model 可以用Hyperlynx或者Keysight's ADS 这些软件可以仿真。
