从DS90UB953-Q1这颗芯片的spec来看，上电过程有两个图："9.1 Power-Up Sequencing" 和 "9.1.1 System Initialization"

在"9.1 Power-Up Sequencing"中，PDB引脚上有一个"Hard Reset"的操作。

但是在"9.1.1 System Initialization"，PDB引脚上没有"Hard Reset"的操作。

所以，PDB引脚上的这个"Hard Reset"的操作，是必须有的么？

"9.1 Power-Up Sequencing"和"9.1.1 System Initialization"的关系是什么？
