用TXS0104E做双向IO缓冲，输出3.3转5V用示波器判断是没有问题；输入的信号是光电编码信号，高电平5V，转3.3V ，输出电平用示波器测量波形不对。
1. 注意：1.65 V to 3.6 V on A port and 2.3 V to 5.5 V on B port (VCCA ≤ VCCB)
