目前使用TFP401A 和TFP410 设计DVI 收发。
问题1：时钟线是否需要加匹配电阻？
问题2：四对差分线，除了差分对本身等长外，这四对线是否也需要等长？
问题3：差分线的线宽和间距一般多少比较合适？
问题4：HDMI加ESD保护还有专门的保护芯片，非常适合走线。那么DVI差分对上需要加ESD保护码？如果需要推荐一个适合走线的芯片。

1，如果是TFP410驱动TFP401A，可以不加100欧姆端接，参考Fig 14 of TFP401 datasheet的解释。
2，3，请参考应用文档 SLLA136.
4， 可以考虑TPD12S016 TPD8S009 TPD4E101等。
