请问DP83630 与 DP83640 有什么区别，都是单口PHY 均支持IEEE1588 V2 ，封装却不同，升级后有什么本质的区别吗？

DP83630和DP83640的主要区别在于DP83630的封装小，价格低，便携式应用比较多，其他的电气特性，寄存器配置都完全相同。
如楼主所讲，DP83630跟DP83640功能是一样的，只是一个低成本的版本。
