发现SN54S124这款芯片不错，适合我们学生用，但BDF上没有电压与频率特性图，这芯片有不能申请，请问有SN54S124的V/MHz特性图吗？
SN54S124这款是军品级别的，如果你对温度没有什么要求的话，可以选择SN74S124，二者的区别只有操作温度范围的不同。datasheet Figure2给出了“输入电压vc输出频率”的特征曲线图，你需要的不是这个图吗？
