TI有很多逻辑缓冲驱动，74系列很多， 输出电流Ioh都为负值，Iol为正直，我想问这个负电流是流入还是输出的？比如sn74lvt125芯片，VCC为3.3V时，Ioh为负32mA, 加了负号，算流出还是流入这个缓冲驱动？
流入为正，流出为负。
IOL为输出低电平时流入的电流；IOH为输出高电平时流出的电流
负电流是输出的。
我个人是这么理解的，对于驱动而言输出功率时，也就是输出高电平时，电流应该跟电压取非关联参考方向，应该为输出，因此低电平时电流应该为输入，不知道此理解对不。
没哪么复杂。仅是以门电路为参考系；而约定的电流方向而已。
流出为负，流入为正。
注意这两点，VO可能高于VCC的。
