补充：TL16C554的晶振允许16M吗？我看手册上，写的有矛盾。
第一幅图说可以高达16M，第二幅图说它允许时钟(DC-8MHZ).我糊涂啦。
波特率的设置是设置DLL和DLM寄存器，请参考数据手册第20页
可以使用16M晶振，参考数据手册Table 11. Baud Rates Using an 16-MHz Clock
