我们想用TDP158接FPGA的GTX做HDMI发送，如果吧I2C_EN 引脚拉低后，就不需要通过I2C配置芯片了，只需要通过A0/EQ1 ，A1/EQ2 等IO引脚上下拉就可以让TDP158正常工作，是吗？

是的，是两种配置模式，但是I2C 模式配置选项更多一些，具体见 datasheet 8.3.6 Receiver Equalizer章节。
