写配置寄存器将某个IO从默认输入态改配成输出，默认输出是什么电平？
应该是高阻态，看这里配置寄存器的描述，配置寄存器的某位设置为1时，对应的port 引脚会作为input引脚，输出为高阻态。
同样IO从input改为output时，输出也应该是高阻态。
