DP83867与RK3568通过RGMII通讯，上电运行一段时间后，此芯片挂掉，必须断电再上电才可以恢复！
打印寄存器发现有时所有的寄存器数值都是一样的！
使用的2电源模式，就是VDDA1P8（pin13/48），外部不接电源， 当出现挂掉的情况时，此电源没有电压！
CLK_OUT（pin18）是有波形的！

如果按照Figure 10-1. Two-Supply Configuration的话，VDDA１P８只能悬空，不能外界其他电源或器件。
