现在使用TI公司的芯片TL16C754C，在写寄存器上有问题，我读取寄存器1，寄存器2读取的初始值是0，和1，和手册上一样，但是，我在往寄存器1里面写0x0f，在读取出来还是0.，所有感觉没有写进去，请问是怎么回事？
