用SN74LVCH16T245作为FPGA与PXI总线之间进行电平转换，FPGA的IO供电时1.8V，PXI总线是5V，看datasheet，越低速度越慢，请问SN74LVCH16T245能不能在1.8V和5V之间转换时能不能到66Mbps？
再补充一下，如果不能支持到66Mbps，那最高能支持到多大速度？
如果VCCA=1.8V，VCCB=5V的话，支持不到66Mbps，大概能够支持的最大data rate为41Mbps。
