如果设备没有上电，PC先上电的情况，是否会损害芯片？
应该没关系吧，DS50PCI401对上电时序没有要求，不知目前你遇到了什么情况。
没有遇到问题，第一次设计PCIE，希望确认，当PC和设备通过PCIE连接时，PC先上电，设备上的PCIE驱动芯片DS50PCI401是否会受到损害？

确认没有问题。
因为DS80PCI芯片和你板上芯片，高速信号互联是AC耦合的。这样只有PC这边的高速差分信号，送到我们芯片输入端。
不会损坏我们的芯片。
