TUSB9261 USB 转SATA USB3.0不能通信问题

Dear all

     有客户用TUSB9261 做USB转SATA，发现接USB2.0的时候，可以正常通信，接USB3.0不行，请问 TUSB9261  USB3.0 通信有需要注意的地方吗？ 附件是原理图.
