购买了 40PCS,有16PCS出问题，更换后，系统正常。
您好，逻辑器件的封装都比较小，如果是手动焊接很容易连锡短路导致损坏，或者过应力的影响都会导致芯片损坏。
另外，逻辑器件的价格也比较低，如果不是正规渠道购买的，失效率高的话有可能是芯片本身的问题。
