很多年前，有后缀G4的代表的绿色环保，不含Sb/Br,满足RoHs标准。 现在基本上都是绿色环保器件了，电气功能上都是一样的e。
那关于G以及G3，G4的定义，是这样的：
G = Green mold compound
G3 = Green with matte tin finish
G4 = Green with pre-plated finish (NiPd, NiPdAu, or NiPdAuAg）
