使用SN74LVC1G34DBVR，供电电压+5V，该芯片规格书中第六页描述，当VCC=4.5-5.5时，VIH的最小值是0.7VCC=0.7*5=3.5V，实测芯片2.4V就可以开通；低电平最大值0.3VCC=0.3*5=1.5V，实测2.6V就开始关断.

为什么实测值与规格书中描述的参数值差异这么大.
