你好，这个ESD的HBM防护值datasheet中没有，可能是芯片发布比较早，里面没有记载 。
后期发布的，datasheet中都有ESD防护等级。
虽然没有写，但做过SN74HC126DRESD试验和latch-up试验，一般来说2K左右。
另外，芯片内部的输入输出端都有钳位二极管防护，外部不用额外加ESD保护电路。
