TI 无法提供经过测试的模型、也不支持对 LTSpice 软件进行调试。 我们最好的建议是采用 PSPICE 模型并将网表导入 LTSPICE 中:这并不总是能创建一个完整的工作模型,但可能足以用于评估。
虽然我们始终建议下载 PSPICE for TI 或 TINA-TI 来仿真 TI 模型、但您的客户有权选择自己喜欢的仿真器。 如果不打算使用 PSPICE for TI、PSPICE 或 TINA-TI、请注意、TI 模型尚未在 LTSpice 中经过测试、验证或证明可以按预期工作、而无需修改。
