抱歉。 我们没有 TLV3012系列的辐射报告。
辐射测试非常非常昂贵(>10k 美元)、因此只能针对作为耐辐射产品销售的产品进行。
我们将来可能会做一个太空变体、但至少两年之后可能会有这种变体。
流程中的类似器件已通过 SEL、但我们在执行实际测试之前不能对 SET 做任何说明。
