目标
使用 DMA 从 txbuffer 发送数据、并使用 DMA 将数据接收到 rxbuffer 中。 我不使用 Tx 和 Rx FIFO 阈值。

- 在初始化过程中启用 DMA 后、DMA 就会开始发送数据。 它应该会等待、直到我手动发送一个字节开始触发以进一步发送缓冲区。 在使能通道完成之前、我在检查调试模式时检查了中断标志并设置了 TXIFG 标志。
- 不知道它是否相关、但如何 3 Launchpad 调试器部分(MCU 正常)在调试 UART DMA 时已损坏 (1- E1 Launchpad、2- E2 Launchpad)
