芯片结温 TJ 的估算 值可通过以下公式得出：
TJ = TA +(R θ θJA ×PD )= 25˚C +(95.7˚C/W*65mW)= 31.22°C
其中：
TA =封装的环境温度(°C) –25°C 作为示例
RθJA =结至环境热阻(°C/W) –对于 TSSOP 封装为95.7°C/W，对于 WQFN 封装为31.9°C/W
PD =封装功率耗散(W) –ADS8681为65mW
