您可以在数据表的"封装信息"附录中找到每个器件的 MSL 等级。 根据您订购的具体器件型号、我们的 MSL 等级为1级或2级。
有 一份应用手册(SPRABY1A) 介绍了 MSL 等级和回流焊曲线之间的关系。
