ISO732x 目前在产品文件夹的工具和软件选项卡下提供了 IBIS 模型，其链接如下： http://www.ti.com/product/ISO7341-Q1/toolssoftware。
此 IBIS 模型可导入到 Cadence 和 HSPICE 等环境中。 遗憾的是、目前 TI 的数字隔离器没有 Spice 模型。
