遗憾的是、ISOW7844器件不像数字隔离器那样具有输出启用/禁用功能。 如果客户需要此功能、我建议客户使用外部三态缓冲器来实现相同的效果。 或者、如果适合/可接受、客户也可以选择 SN6505 + ISO77xx 的分立式解决方案。 如果您有任何其他问题、请告诉我、谢谢。
