当/OE =高电平时、CKL 在函数表中为 X (无关)、 但是 Q0 是否会在 CLK 正转换后根据 D 输入的状态更新为状态？

数据表的第1页指出：
/OE 不影响触发器的内部操作。 当输出处于高阻抗状态时、可以保留旧数据或输入新数据。
