1) 1)关于 PCIe 时钟、 是否需要 使用 cdcm9102 或 cdcm61002 高精度时钟芯片？
2) 2)关于防卡功能、在 EMC 测试中、PCIe 可能似乎无法正常工作、无法恢复？ 我们必须重新启动 DRA624？
