该240MHz 值是模拟−3dB 带宽(请参阅图6-11)。
数字信号不是正弦波、而是方波、需要更多的谐波、因此我估计限值低于100MHz。 请注意、任何电阻或电容(例如长迹线)都会进一步降低速度。
