你看看硬件设计上245有没有设计去耦电容 高速电路中这种过冲很常见
245电源是5V。给pwm加下拉电阻可以解决吗
LM2596是开关电源 相比 效果肯定没有LDO好
你试着在245芯片的VCC引脚上接几个去耦电容看看有没有改善
