          TMS320F28377S  76 Pin 脚GPIO可以悬空吗？我们的设计目前是悬空的，但是调试时发现通电后不能工作，触摸一下TMS320F28377S  76 Pin 脚，就能正常工作了，做了5台样机，都是这种现象，请问这里该做怎么样的优化设计，谢谢！
